Bradley C. Leibovich, M.D., is the David C. Utz, MD Professor of Urology and serves as Medical Director of the Center for Digital Health at Mayo Clinic. He received a B.A. in biochemistry from Cornell University and his MD from Albany Medical College. He completed residency in urologic surgery at Mayo Clinic and subsequently completed fellowships as the Mayo Foundation Scholar in Urologic Oncology at Indiana University Medical Center and UCLA Medical Center. He has written over 400 peer-reviewed journal articles. Throughout his training and career he has received numerous awards and honors including the Andrew C. Novick Award through the Kidney Cancer Association. At Mayo Clinic, he has been recognized with the Distinguished Mayo Clinician Award, he has received the Excellence in Teaching Recognition and Teacher of the Year, Department of Urology, and is a member of the Teacher of the Year Hall of Fame. He serves on numerous professional societies and associations, including AAGUS, AUA, and CSGUS. He is the Chair of the Board of Directors of the KCA, a member of the SUO – Clinical Trials Consortium, and is a fellow with the ACS.
