Ilaria Delle Fontane is a Master student in Medical Biotechnology and Molecular Medicine. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Medical and Pharmaceutical Biotechnology achieved at the University of Bari Aldo Moro. She is currently working as a Research Support Specialist at the University at Buffalo New York in the laboratory of Dr. Roberto Pili. The main focus of her research project is to develop new therapeutical approach for a rare subtype of kidney cancer called Translocation Renal Cell Carcinoma. Her long-term goal is to return to Italy for an academic research career.
